Vietnam’s To Lam Arrives in Cambodia for One-Day State Visit
To Lam, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam, arrived in Cambodia this morning for a one-day state visit.
He led a high-level Vietnamese delegation that landed at Techo International Airport. The visit is being held at the invitation of King Norodom Sihamoni.

According to Cambodia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, To Lam will be granted a royal audience by the King at the Royal Palace. A state banquet will also be held in his honour.
During his stay, the Vietnamese leader is scheduled to meet Queen Mother Norodom Monineath Sihanouk.
The visit includes several ceremonial activities. To Lam is expected to lay wreaths at the Independence Monument, the Cambodia–Viet Nam Friendship Monument, and the Royal Memorial of the late King-Father Norodom Sihanouk.
He will later hold talks with Hun Sen, President of the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
The Foreign Ministry said the visit reflects a shared commitment to strengthen traditional friendship and cooperation between the two neighbours. Officials said both sides aim to promote long-term stability, mutual trust, and prosperity for their peoples.
